When I started the onboarding process, I expected a lot of jargons and unclear instructions, based on my past experiences with software trainings. However, WFHI's training really surprised me by breaking down even complex tasks into simple, step-by-step processes. The explanations were methodical and easy to follow, and I genuinely felt equipped by the time I reached the end of the session. One thing that stood out was how the trainers anticipated common sticking points and addressed them upfront. That said, if someone prefers a fast-paced or high-tech style of training, this might feel a bit slow. It really suits those who like to understand every little detail before advancing, which is how I learn best. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who are already highly tech-savvy and just want to learn the essentials quickly because it’s more foundational and thorough than that. The software’s navigation was covered well in the training, especially how to access the database and use the dialer effectively. This made my first week much smoother than I expected, confirming that the clarity of communication here is a strong point.
