Clear training but missing deeper examples
I expected the training and onboarding to be somewhat vague since I haven't used similar software before, but WFHI pleasantly surprised me with clear explanations throughout. The modules were organized logically, walking me through using the dialer, managing the database, and handling automatic updates step-by-step. However, I felt the sessions lacked more real-world examples showing common workflow challenges. The explanations were thorough but occasionally a bit too high level without hands-on practice scenarios. Compared to similar platforms I've tried in the past, this training was definitely clearer and more approachable. Still, including more live demonstrations or troubleshooting walkthroughs would have made it even better. Despite this minor shortfall, the onboarding was effective and made me confident enough to start daily use of the software.
