Clear training, but I've explained this a dozen times already
I’m honestly a bit tired of having to go over the training for WFHI again and again, but I have to say that their onboarding explanations are very clear. The software’s setup and workflow were laid out step-by-step, which helped me understand the process without too much confusion. I was able to get through the initial phase fairly quickly because the material was straightforward, and the videos and tutorials made the concepts clear. What makes it easier is that the updates are automatic, so I don’t have to worry about missing anything. Still, I’ve repeated the same explanation to new team members and found myself getting a little weary of covering the same ground repeatedly. But the clarity and logical order of training do help speed up the ramp-up process each time, so I suppose that’s a worthwhile trade-off. Overall, I feel they do a solid job explaining everything you need to know to get started without too much hassle.
