Clear support explanations but missing a bit more follow-up
I had a generally positive experience with the support team of WFHI. When I first reached out to clarify how the dialer works across multiple time zones, their responses were clear and detailed. They made an effort to explain the steps patiently, which helped me grasp the workflow setup better. However, I found the follow-up communication somewhat lacking. After initial explanations, I had some leftover questions about database integration that were only partially addressed. It would have been helpful if the support staff had checked back in to make sure everything was clear or offered additional resources proactively. Despite that, the telephonic assistance was convenient and the tone was professional throughout. It seemed their intentions were good but perhaps they missed the final step of ensuring complete understanding. This slightly lesser engagement is the only reservation I have in an otherwise very functional support system.
