Clear steps mostly but the follow-up call stood out
The sales and pre-purchase steps in WFHI’s process were generally in a logical order, which helped me follow through the onboarding smoothly. Initially, I liked how the sign-up and software access came first, followed by training and introduction to the calling tools and database. This progression felt natural and aligned with what I needed to get started. Yet, what really stood out was a follow-up call I received after invoicing; it wasn’t rushed and gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the payment system and upcoming features. This extra interaction was useful since otherwise, some parts of the billing process could have remained unclear. On the flip side, having that step later in the sequence meant I was already in the thick of setup, where a bit more upfront clarity might have saved me some stress. Balancing these positives and the minor drawback, I’d say the overall order made sense and supported my learning curve effectively.
