Clear steps but might not suit everyone

Clear steps but might not suit everyone

My overall experience with WFHI’s support and communication has been somewhat mixed, especially regarding the order of steps they suggest during onboarding and training. I found that the sequence they provided for setting up the calling tools and dialer made sense in general but sometimes felt a bit rushed in parts, which could throw off someone not as tech-savvy. The database feature integrations were introduced a little later than I would have preferred because it took some patience waiting for new training content to cover those aspects. The telephonic support was quite helpful when I reached out, but I wondered whether it would suit someone who needs more handholding. Honestly, this entire process felt like it would work best for people who are fairly comfortable with remote workflow software already and might be a bit frustrating for beginners. I don’t regret signing up but would tell others to consider their own technical comfort before jumping in with WFHI products.
