Clear software but some labels can confuse certain users
I found the access to the software and its core features quite intuitive overall, which made starting out a lot smoother than expected. The layout and navigation are well-structured, yet a few of the terms used within the menus could confuse people who aren’t deeply tech-savvy. For example, labels like 'Activity Log' and 'Dialer Queue' might be a bit unclear for newcomers without context. However, once explained in the training sessions, these eventually made sense. I believe this software suits those comfortable with basic technology usage and remote workflows but might not be perfect for absolute beginners who need everything spelled out simply. Aside from this small reservation, the software is robust, updates automatically, and handles calls and database queries effectively. It’s a helpful tool especially for those wanting to manage remote tasks more efficiently, but some glossary-style support might improve the experience. So, while it’s a solid choice overall, it’s not for everyone’s first go at digital workflow software.
