Clear software but had to figure many things alone
The software itself is pretty solid and fairly user-friendly. However, I found that a lot of features required personal exploration before I fully understood how to use them efficiently. The access steps were explained, but beyond the basics, I mostly had to figure things out myself especially when dealing with database integration and the dialer settings. Some functions did not come with in-depth guidance, which meant I spent more hours experimenting than anticipated. I appreciated the automatic updates which kept the tool relevant, but these sometimes introduced new quirks without clear notes. The onboarding training helped, but it wasn’t exhaustive, so I leaned heavily on trial and error to optimize my workflow. Support was available but I rarely needed to call them because I automatically leaned toward self-help. Overall, it’s a useful platform, but be prepared to do some of the legwork yourself if you want to make the most of the software.
