Clear sales language was the one redeeming feature
I found the sales materials and pre-purchase communication quite confusing overall, which made it difficult to get a full understanding before committing to the product. The labels used for various features didn’t match up well with what I experienced in the software itself, leading to unmet expectations and some uncertainty about exactly what I was buying. In fairness, the descriptions were precise in some aspects, particularly around software capabilities, which did help me trust that part. Still, much of the wording seemed overly technical or ambiguous, which felt like an unnecessary barrier. It would have been helpful to see clearer, more consistent terminology used throughout all the pre-purchase information to avoid this confusion. The onboarding process made some sense of it, but by then I had already felt some reservations. Ultimately, the labeling issues detracted from the ease and confidence of my initial experience, whereas simpler language might have improved trust and understanding from the start.
