Clear parts, unclear parts in training compared to before

Starting the WFHI training materials, I found the initial module on database management straightforward, similar to what I used before. That was definitely a strong point—the clear explanations at that step helped me understand features without much hassle. However, as the onboarding went further into using the calling tools and automations, it felt vague and less intuitive than previous platforms I've experienced. I remember one specific video trying to explain the dialer configuration, which was rushed and left me guessing on key procedures. So while some parts matched or even exceeded my past experiences, the overall onboarding felt patchy with the good mixed awkwardly with the confusing, making adaptation slower than I had hoped.
