Clear overall but missing some clearer labels
The onboarding and training flow generally went well, with most of the wording making sense as I moved through the steps. The instructional videos were straightforward and the text explanations clarified several complicated parts. However, I found that some of the button labels were a bit vague, especially in the early phases when I was still trying to understand how to set up my contacts and calling preferences. It wasn’t a huge problem — I could figure it out eventually — but a few clearer labels or tips would have saved time and frustration. Once I passed the initial stages, the terms used in the menus and training materials felt more intuitive and consistent. The terminology aligned well with what was expected from a remote workflow setup. Still, I think it would help future users if the company reviewed these early labels carefully for clarity, as clearer guidance helps everyone get up to speed quicker. Overall, I feel the onboarding was effective and the training covered the right topics; a bit more polish on wording would improve the experience nicely.
