Clear order overall, but missing some extra practical tips
I thought the training and onboarding steps were mostly lined up well and made sense from beginning to end. First they took me through the software features, then on to the dialer and database setup, and finally some practice tasks that tied it all together. That sequence helped me understand how everything fits in my workflow before jumping in with calls. However, I felt like the training missed including some practical tips on handling common day-to-day issues with the dialer—like how to troubleshoot call drops or optimize calling lists dynamically. Those details would’ve been useful to have right at the start. The onboarding flow did make it fairly easy to sign up and get going though, so I didn’t feel lost at any point. Despite the small gap, I appreciated the overall organization because it meant I could start work without feeling overwhelmed, and the priority assistance was there if I got stuck.
