Clear once explained, won't hesitate to try again
There was one occasion during a call when I needed assistance with the dialer setup. The support team explained the steps in detail, and after that explanation, it became much clearer how to configure things properly. Apart from that moment, however, other communications felt a bit generic and less detailed. Still, since they could guide me well at that crucial point, I'd be willing to use their support again if needed. The clarity was missing earlier but was restored just where it mattered, making me feel comfortable repeating the process if required. So yes, I think I would do it again if similar help is available.
