Clear onboarding with minor navigation hiccups
The training and onboarding process generally did a solid job of setting me up for using the software. The initial video guides and walkthroughs explained the fundamental steps, like setting up the database and configuring the dialer, quite well. I appreciated how the interface prompts guided me through each stage systematically, which minimized guesswork. However, a few nuances—especially in the calling tools section—were left for me to figure out on my own, requiring some trial and error during use. The telefphonic support helped clarify these points but only after I reached out to them. Overall, the training delivered what I needed to get started efficiently, though a little more detailed explanation upfront on certain features like workflow automation would have saved me time. Still, I was able to get a practical handle on the core functions without excessive frustration. It felt more like a guided set of steps rather than a fully hands-off onboarding experience, and that was fine for me.
