Clear onboarding process, ideal for self-starters
I completed the WFHI training and onboarding recently, and I have mixed feelings about the experience, though largely positive. The program is designed to be self-driven, and that suits individuals who are comfortable figuring out technical tools independently. The training covers the software’s core functions with clarity but assumes a level of prior familiarity with remote workflow concepts. While I didn’t feel the need for additional help during the process itself, I can foresee that someone less experienced or with limited time might find the initial setup overwhelming without support. The onboarding flow is straightforward, automating steps like invoicing and payments efficiently, which I appreciated. However, some nuances in using the database and dialer features will require revisiting the training materials. I wouldn’t suggest this onboarding for those wanting hand-holding at every stage, but for users confident in managing software setups, it works well and should not require repeat assistance in future onboarding.
