Clear onboarding but some labels confused me at first
After going through the WFHI training and onboarding, I found that most of the explanations and instructions were quite clear and helpful. The flow moved smoothly, especially when setting up the calling tools and exploring the database feature. However, I have a small reservation about the wording on a few labels and buttons in the software interface. Some terms didn't immediately make sense to me, and I had to pause to figure out what action they would trigger. For example, a couple of tabs in the dashboard could have had more descriptive names to avoid guessing. That said, the automatic updates and the way the telephonic support team guided me through those uncertainties made the experience manageable. Overall, the training was detailed enough to give me a good understanding, but a bit more user-friendly wording could improve things further. So, while the positive side is that the onboarding helped me get started confidently, the drawback was the slight confusion caused by some labels. Still, I appreciate the balance they have struck and would recommend it to others with a similar mindset.
