Clear onboarding but missing a bit of guidance
The WFHI training was comprehensive in covering the basic functionalities. However, I found that a lot of the nuances had to be figured out on my own, which was a bit challenging initially. The initial modules gave a good overview, but some advanced features weren't fully explained in the structured sessions. I appreciated the self-paced nature but felt that a bit more hands-on demonstration or examples could have helped smooth the learning curve. It would have been great to have a follow-up resource or refresher sessions to solidify the concepts. Despite this, the software itself is fairly intuitive, so once I got the hang of it, daily tasks became easier. Overall, the training served its purpose but missed that extra layer of clarity some users might expect when getting started with complex workflows and the dialer features.
