Clear moment when I felt confident, but not right away
At first, I was quite unsure about whether this software and training would really give me what I needed. Early interactions in sales and sign-up were positive but didn’t immediately clarify some workflow details that only became obvious later. The moment it clicked for me was a couple of weeks in, after I had spent time using the calling tools and getting familiar with the database. The invoicing process was clear, but I found myself needing to call telephonic support to understand a few features better, which is fine but slightly delayed my confidence. Training was helpful but sometimes felt generic, meaning I was left to figure some pieces out on my own. Automatic updates sometimes changed interface elements, which could be confusing without a heads-up. By the end, I felt more sure of the software and how it fit my routine, but it wasn’t a straightforward start. So, while I’m now fairly confident, the journey to reach that point was bumpy enough that I would advise new users to have patience and keep support contacts handy during the first few weeks.
