Clear moment that boosted my confidence
Throughout the pre-purchase phase, I was generally cautious about whether the training and software would meet my needs. However, there was one moment during an introductory call where the representative demonstrated the dialer feature live. Seeing the interface respond instantly and intuitively gave me a boost of confidence that the system was robust.
