Clear language mostly, but a few labels seemed unclear
The support and communication provided through the software felt accessible overall, especially the telephonic support which I found friendly and patient. The wording used in the software interface was clear for the most part, making navigation easier. That said, some labels and buttons felt a little vague — for example, certain terms related to the database features could have been explained more explicitly. While the training helped, a few labels didn’t fully align with what I expected and required some experimenting to understand their function. I would say the terminology was usually simple, but a little more precision or glossary might improve it further. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward and the automated updates worked quietly in the background, causing no interruption. Telephonic support was responsive and took the time to explain concepts well when I needed it. So, while the majority was quite user-friendly, what was missing was a bit more clarity in names and labels that can help onboard new users quicker and reduce confusion during early usage.
