Clear Labels Would Suit Beginners More

I found the sales process a bit confusing because some of the wording and labels didn’t make sense to me at first. For example, the terms used for certain features sounded technical and vague, so I was unsure what exactly I was signing up for. This might not be an issue if someone is familiar with remote workflow software, but for me, it made the whole thing feel less approachable. The invoicing and payment instructions were straightforward enough, and that part worked fine. I think this product would suit people already comfortable with these kinds of tools and terms, but if you’re a beginner or someone looking for clarity in every step, it might be frustrating like it was for me. I kept going back to the website and support chats to understand what the different options meant, which could have been avoided with clearer labels.
