Clear Labels Worked, But Some Wording Was Confusing
Using the WFHI software gave me mixed feelings. On one hand, the access system was straightforward; signing up and logging in happened without a hitch. I appreciated how some labels on the dashboard made sense and helped me navigate the software comfortably. On the other hand, certain terms and button names were rather confusing. For example, the database section had mixed terminologies that didn't intuitively explain their functions. This led me to spend extra time figuring out what exactly I was supposed to do. The calling tools worked well overall, but not having consistent wording felt like a minor roadblock to productivity. Despite that, the software’s regular updates helped improve some features, though I can't say everything was perfect. I understand it’s complex software, so some terms might be necessary yet accessible. All in all, the experience offered both convenience and moments of confusion, balancing out to an average impression.
