Clear labels suit detail-oriented beginners, not those needing fast navigation

I tried to complete the onboarding training which had various steps starting from setup to use of the calling tools and the database feature. The labels and wording used across the software and training modules were not consistent and often confusing for someone like me who prefers straightforward terminology without unnecessary jargon or abbreviations. For example, the word "Contacts" Was sometimes swapped with "Clients" Without explanation which slowed me down. The onboarding flow did cover basics reasonably well but deeper instructions for advanced features felt poorly labeled and several buttons hid important functions under unexpected menus. In particular, using the dialer required more trial and error than I expected because the labels were not intuitive. However, I will say that the structured progression through training was decent if you are patient and detail focused. This service would suit someone who prefers a methodical approach and is willing to get past initial confusion, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to get started quickly without lots of ambiguous labels causing hesitation.
