Clear labels on pricing, confusing terms elsewhere
When I first looked through the WFHI software sales pages, the pricing labels were straightforward and easy to understand, which was a relief. However, some other terms and tool descriptions were not as clear, particularly those related to database features and automatic updates; I found myself guessing at their precise meanings. For example, the dialer explanation used jargon that didn’t immediately make sense to me. Onboarding instructions also seemed a little disjointed at times. It was only after I began the trial phase that I gained some clarity about the calling tools and telephonic support options. The sign-up and invoicing process itself was fairly simple, but detailed explanations about different steps would have been helpful. Overall, while WFHI’s website and sales funnel had some really well-handled parts, like pricing transparency, other aspects of the labeling and wording left me unsure. This mixed impression lingered because I had moments of easy confidence and moments when I had to pause and figure things out on my own. It felt like two different approaches were combined in one place, one clear and one vague.
