I was expecting the WFHI software labels and wording during sign-up and onboarding to be straightforward and intuitive, more or less like other tools I've used before. For the most part, it was just that—the labels around the database and calling tools were clear and matched what I was thinking they'd do. However, I did find a couple of menu items somewhat ambiguous, which made me guess what they were actually referring to, so that was a little frustrating. The training and onboarding flow helped clarify some of these ambiguities quickly, but it did feel like the initial labels could be more consistent to avoid that guesswork. While I appreciated the overall coherence compared to other platforms, I'd say there is room for a bit more polish in wording, especially during the first steps of setup. Still, it was generally easy to navigate and understand where I needed to go next.
