I found the wording and labels on the sales and pre-purchase pages fairly clear overall. The sign-up buttons and pricing info were easy to follow, so the system did perform the job well in getting me through those early steps. However, a couple of terms related to database features didn't instantly make sense to me, and I had to pause to figure out whether they meant what I expected. This could be tricky for newcomers. On the plus side, once I understood the meanings, the labels felt intuitive and consistent with the software's functionality. The invoicing and payment process descriptions were straightforward, which helped avoid any confusion or delay on my part. So, while the software did the job, and the main sales pages were helpful, the uneven clarity in some of the labels was a minor drawback. Overall, it was a balance of positives and one or two small negatives in the wording department without serious issues.
