Clear labels might help beginners, not the rest

I was hopeful to find straightforward wording in the sales and signup process, but honestly, it left me a bit confused. The labels on some features didn’t make total sense at first glance; for example, terms like "Workflow optimization" Felt vague. If you’re someone new to remote workflow software and need simple pointers, maybe you’d appreciate this. However, for those with experience, the labeling felt unnecessarily complex and not very intuitive. I did find the explanation about the billing cycle fairly clear, which was at least some relief. The inconsistent terminology throughout the onboarding steps wasn’t ideal either, and I spent a chunk of time just figuring out what each section meant. So overall, if you want very basic guidance, this might suit you. But if you expect crisp and logically labeled features from the get-go, you might find yourself frustrated going through the software and pre-purchase information.
