Clear labels make sense, but some terms confuse

I found that the overall support team was responsive and courteous, which I appreciate. However, the wording and labels within the software interface often did not make complete sense to me, which hampered usability. For example, some of the tags and names used for database fields and calling tools felt inconsistent or unclear, leaving me to guess their exact function. This lack of clarity sometimes caused me to spend unnecessary time troubleshooting or referring back to support. On the positive side, when I reached out for help, the telephonic support clarified my doubts effectively though I wish these explanations had been more intuitive inside the software itself. The training was adequate in covering basics, but the detailed terminology could be better aligned with what users expect or anticipate. So while the team’s communication was good, the user interface could use stronger emphasis on clear, logical labels and helpful hints to reduce confusion for newcomers. All told, the support and wording combined to produce a mixed impression because they didn't fully match each other’s strengths.
