Clear labels made navigation easier but some options were ambiguous

The onboarding process was generally smooth and the labels across the software were mostly clear, which helped me navigate through the database and dialer tools quickly. However, some of the wording around the automatic updates section was a bit vague and could have been clearer. It sometimes caused me to hesitate before proceeding with updates. The training helped clarify most functions though. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward without confusion. The telephonic support was professional and resolved my minor queries promptly. Overall, the software’s interface and explanations mostly made sense, creating a user-friendly environment.
