Clear labels helped somewhat but confusing wording spoiled training
I was hopeful the training would guide me through the onboarding with clear and straightforward wording. One good point was that the labels on the dashboard and tools were quite clear, which made some parts easier to locate or understand. Unfortunately, much of the training content itself contained confusing terminology or unclear instructions that made it hard to follow along. This mismatch caused a lot of frustration because I kept having to guess what certain steps or features meant exactly. Automatic updates and software features worked as expected, and sign-up went smoothly, which are positives. But the difficulty interpreting the training and onboarding material left me doubting whether I could use the software effectively without constant extra support. The telephonic support was polite but did not fully compensate for unclear terminology. So, in summary, the software functioned adequately but the confusing training language made the whole process more difficult than it needed to be.
