Clear labels helped me finish the setup without hassle
When I finally got to the point of running through the onboarding materials, one detail really stood out—the wording and labels used throughout the software made a huge difference in how quickly I could navigate each step. For instance, I remember clicking on the database section and appreciating how every category was clearly named; it stopped me from getting lost or confused, which is not something I take for granted. While most of the rest of the setup was a bit of a blur, partly because there were multiple steps spread out across days, this clarity in labeling meant the entire onboarding finished smoothly without me having to guess what each button meant. Because of this, I was able to confidently use the calling tools and dialer once I moved past setup.
