Clear labels helped but took some adaptation
Using the software for managing calls and databases, I found the wording and labels fairly clear but not always immediately intuitive. At first, I had to spend some time understanding exactly what each button and term referred to, especially in sections like the dialer controls and filtering in the database feature. The labels mostly made sense once I tested them in practice, but this required a bit of trial and error instead of everything clicking instantly. The onboard training covered the basics, but some of the terminology used in the software’s interface felt specialized. However, after investing some time, I adapted well, and the plain labels actually helped in the long run to reduce confusion. It wasn’t a frustrating effort, just a steady learning curve before things became second nature. Automatic updates occasionally changed wording slightly, which sometimes threw me off briefly, but those changes usually improved clarity in later versions. Overall, the effort was reasonable and the labels supported consistent use once you get past the initial period of getting familiar.
