Clear labels helped, but some terms were confusing

During my onboarding and training, I found the software labels generally clear which made navigation easier. For instance, the dialer and database features had straightforward names, so there was no guessing about their functions right away. That helped me get started without major roadblocks. However, some of the training module headings seemed a bit ambiguous. Things like "Workflow Initiation" Could have been renamed to something more intuitive, like "Start Your Tasks" To align better with user expectations. This small disconnect occasionally slowed down the pace at which I digested the material. Still, the training overall covered the essential content I needed, and the step-by-step approach did its job. I appreciated that the onboarding flow was not cluttered and introduced new features progressively. It didn’t overwhelm me despite a few label confusions. So while the wording wasn’t perfect, the software and training combined worked well enough to get me comfortable using the platform effectively for my remote work needs.
