Clear labels helped but some jargon confused
When I first started using the WFHI platform, the wording of the menu options and buttons generally made sense, which was a relief. Navigating through the onboarding steps was smooth because the labels were intuitive for the most part, letting me find features like the dialer and database easily. However, there were a few terms that I felt could have been more plainly explained—some labeling felt a bit technical or vague, which made me pause to guess what certain options were for. My telephonic support calls clarified some of those ambiguities, but it would be better if the interface itself was more self-explanatory to cut down on calls of that nature. Despite this small hiccup, the training materials helped fill in those gaps since they were straightforward and well-structured. Overall, the communication on the platform worked well for my usual workflow, but a little more care in the choice of terminology might improve the experience for newcomers or less tech-savvy users. It's a solid system once you get going, and ongoing automatic updates seem to keep things relevant and useful.
