Clear labels helped but one phrase stood out

Reflecting back on my experience with the support communication, I can say the clarity of wording and labels in the software generally made it easier to navigate and understand what actions I needed to take. It wasn’t always intuitive, but the tooltips and guidance helped organize my tasks and database efficiently. However, the one thing that stuck with me was how they described the priority assistance options. The phrase they used made me hesitate a bit because it was quite abstract and didn’t quite tell me what to expect in concrete terms. After some trial and error, I figured it out, but it did leave me wondering initially if I was missing some important details. That feeling wasn’t repeated with the rest of the onboarding or training material, which was fairly straightforward in hindsight. A couple of months later, I still use the calling tools and dialer regularly and rely confidently on the automatic updates to keep everything running smoothly. So all in all, I’d say the labeling was fit for purpose, with just that one phrase that could do with a tweak for better understanding.
