Clear labels everywhere, except for that one menu
Having spent a week navigating the WFHI software, I found most of the wording and labels quite intuitive and straightforward. The signs and buttons are generally clear, making it easy to manage the database and call functions without much confusion. The onboarding flow explained initial steps well, so moving from one section to another felt smooth. However, there was one particular menu related to billing that seemed oddly named, and I had to pause and double-check what it contained. It threw me off slightly because I expected it to hold invoices but found some setup options instead. Aside from that, the telephonic support helped clarify a couple of labeling questions I had, which felt reassuring. Automatic updates happened behind the scenes, never interfering with my work. Overall, the clarity of labels helped me get up to speed quickly, and the small hiccup with that menu label was the only real snag in an otherwise user-friendly experience.
