Clear labels but mixed clarity overall
I found some of the wording on the platform quite straightforward, especially the labels related to the database and calling tools. They helped me set up my workflow without guesswork in those areas. However, other terms were a bit confusing, like some of the options in the onboarding steps, which left me second-guessing which to pick. The support team was polite but sometimes didn't fully clarify those ambiguities. It felt like a mix of well-thought-out guidance alongside elements that could use better explanation. Overall, the labeling did help, but it wasn’t entirely consistent in assisting me through the setup and training process.
