Clear Labels but Lacked Some Detailed Info
I appreciated that the WFHI sales and pre-purchase materials had clear wording and labels, which made it much easier to understand exactly what I was signing up for. The terms were straightforward, and the invoicing process had a logical flow that helped me keep track of my payments without confusion. However, I found that there was a bit of missing detail around some specific features of the software, especially regarding how frequent the automatic updates would be and what kind of support I could expect post-purchase. This left me occasionally guessing whether certain tools were included or optional add-ons. Nevertheless, the overall approach was practical, and everything worked as advertised in terms of access and billing. This minor lack of depth didn’t significantly affect my experience, but clearer upfront information on those points would have been helpful to set the right expectations.
