Purchasing the software and going through the sales process, I found most of the wording understanda

Purchasing the software and going through the sales process, I found most of the wording understandable, but a few labels could have been clearer. For example, the database section labels were intuitive, yet the onboarding process descriptions lacked some explanation on prerequisites. It would have been helpful if there was a clearer delineation about what training modules applied at each stage because I was unsure exactly when to start certain tasks. While the software interface itself used familiar terms, the sales materials didn't address how some features connected to the calling tools and dialer, leaving me wondering if additional setup was required afterwards. The sign-up was smooth enough, but invoices could have included more details on recurring updates or support services. Overall, the language was mostly professional and medium formal, but I was left wanting more guidance on the workflow connections between database features and calling tools. Including those details might help reduce confusion for future users starting fresh with the software and training modules. Clarity in these elements would have made a smoother transition from purchase to productive use within my team.
