Clear labels but confusing wording elsewhere
The sales and pre-purchase experience with the software and training materials had its moments of clarity alongside frustrating ambiguities. On the positive side, the labels on the sign-up and payment pages were straightforward enough for me to grasp what information was expected. The invoicing process was also fairly standard, which helped me understand the flow without much guesswork. However, the wording used in some parts of the onboarding materials and the description of features like the calling tools and database options left me puzzled at times. It felt like jargon was used without proper explanation, which is discouraging for anyone trying to learn remotely with limited prior knowledge of workflow software. Additionally, the steps within the dashboard sometimes seemed inconsistently titled or ordered, causing me to hesitate about whether I’d completed the necessary stages. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful but didn’t fully resolve the confusion caused by unclear terminology. The automatic updates feature ran smoothly, which I’ll credit as a reliable aspect of the system. Overall, there’s a balance between well-labeled clear parts and sections that could use more accessible language and better structure, as this inconsistency impacted how quickly I could move forward. I appreciate the intent behind the sales info but believe the overall explanation style could be warmer and clearer to help new users feel more comfortable.
