Clear labels but confusing overall, some positives with significant negatives

In my experience, the sales and pre-purchase materials for WFHI were a mixture of clear and confounding elements. While the main product descriptions were generally easy to understand, I encountered several instances where the wording and terminology used in sign-up and invoicing created confusion. It wasn’t always obvious what exactly was included in the software package or how certain features like the dialer and calling tools were integrated. The labels on the pricing plans suggested one thing, but the detailed breakdown of features seemed inconsistent with those labels. I found myself needing to call support more than once to get clarity before deciding to proceed. That said, once I was through the onboarding, the software updates were mostly automatic and saved me effort, and telephonic support did attempt to address my questions adequately even if the responses sometimes felt scripted. The payment process itself was straightforward, with timely invoices and no hidden surprises. I expected smoother communication at the start, so while there were some positives like decent billing transparency, the overall difficulties with terminology and sign-up explanations left me frustrated and hesitant about recommending WFHI straightforwardly.
