Clear labels but confusing instructions

My overall impression of the training and onboarding was that while some aspects were clearly communicated, the wording and labels often caused confusion. From the start, it was clear which steps to take first, but the instructions accompanying certain features lacked clarity, which meant I had to spend extra time figuring out exactly what was required. At least the layout of the training modules was consistent, so I could follow along without losing track. The labels on the buttons and sections generally made sense, which helped me navigate the software more confidently once I knew the basics. I also liked that the payment and invoice processes included straightforward prompts, which reduced the stress of managing accounts. However, the onboarding was less polished; some terms felt unnecessarily technical or ambiguous, which for a newcomer slowed down the learning curve. It took a number of attempts contacting support because the explanations given over the phone were not always succinct or easy to understand. On the positive side, I could tell the system was designed to be efficient once learned, but the initial communication could benefit from clearer labels and more precise language. Overall, the experience was a mix of good and frustrating that left me wishing for a little more straightforwardness across the board.
