Clear labels and cluttered phrasing side by side

The sales and pre-purchase process showed both good and bad aspects. On one hand, the sign-up steps were functionally laid out, so I could move through them without being stuck. Payment methods were straightforward, and invoices were issued promptly in a clean format. However, the wording used on the platform was often confusing. Multiple terms seemed redundant or mixed, which made it hard at times to understand exactly what was required at each step. Certain labels like "Proceed to enrollment" Versus "Complete training access" Felt overlapping, raising questions about the differences. When I tried to explore product descriptions, I found the language was surprisingly ambiguous, with some sentences that didn’t clarify software capabilities clearly. This inconsistency conflicted with the otherwise straightforward navigation, leaving me cautious about whether I had interpreted instructions correctly. Support agents I contacted were polite but frequently referred me back to documentation that did not resolve my confusion. So, despite having a functional system on the surface, clarity suffered due to jargon and vague phrases. If the company fixed the label consistency and streamlined explanations, it would improve the overall experience significantly. As it stands, the process is a mix of helpful elements and communication issues that slowed down my decision-making. Because of these ups and downs, I found the sales process wanting in precise information but fair enough in practical steps and invoice handling.
