Clear labelling stood out despite some confusing wording parts
In my experience with the WFHI software, the support and communication aspects had mixed impressions, but one part really stood out: the clarity of labeling on the dashboard and calling tools. While some parts of the interface used terminology that felt a bit technical and not immediately obvious, the consistent labeling on main features helped me navigate without constant confusion. Initially, I found some explanations in the documentation were worded in ways that required me to re-read to fully grasp the meaning. However, once I got past that, the telephonic support was quite helpful in walking me through any unclear points, even if I had to ask a couple of times for some terms. Seeing the labels clearly laid out on buttons and menus really improved my confidence in using the software independently. So, despite some minor quirks in wording, the overall clarity in navigation and labels made the experience smoother than I expected. This balance of some trial and error with solid support availability put me at ease over time.
