Clear labelling but missing some real examples
I really appreciated that the software’s interface had clear and sensible wording throughout the pre-purchase and sales information, making navigation quite intuitive. The labels on the menus and options were straightforward, so I rarely had to wonder what something meant, which helped in quickly understanding the platform. However, I did notice that while the descriptions were clear, there was a lack of real-world examples or case studies illustrating how features could be used in different work scenarios. This left me a bit uncertain about how versatile certain tools might be before signing up. The payment and invoicing process was decently explained but could use additional detail in this regard. Still, the overall clarity in wording was comforting and certainly better than many other platforms I’ve seen, even if I wished for a bit more tangible context.
