Clear labeling during onboarding, except one confusing term
The onboarding and training sessions were structured clearly, with most wording and labels making sense at every step. Each module was named appropriately, and instructions were straightforward to follow which helped me understand what I was supposed to do next. However, there was one instance where the database feature was labeled as "Client Storage," Which initially made me think it was only about client information, but it was actually meant to include other contact types too. This caused a brief pause while I figured out the full scope of what it covered. Aside from that, the dialer and calling tools were named in a way that aligned perfectly with their functions. Even the invoicing and automatic update labels were clear and functional. Overall, the wording helped me move through the training logically, with just that one label standing out as potentially confusing to a new user. The experience was straightforward and I could get started without much trouble because of this mostly clear terminology.
