Clear invoices, but payment due dates threw me off
You do a good job explaining the billing process upfront, which makes it easier to understand what I am paying for each month. The invoices are well formatted and list the services and charges clearly, so there is less chance for confusion on my side. However, I found the payment due dates a bit confusing at first because they were not highlighted strongly in the welcome emails or the dashboard. That led me to check twice before making payments to avoid any late fees, which felt like an extra step. If you added a clearer payment timeline summary in the account settings or onboarding, that would help users like me avoid that uncertainty. Apart from that minor issue, the whole invoicing process was straightforward and I liked the ease of setting up my payment method. Automatic updates to the billing system also mean I don’t have to worry about changes manually. So overall, pretty transparent but could be a bit clearer on timing.
