Clear instructions vs confusing labels in sales phase

From the moment I started browsing the sales page, I found the layout easy to navigate, which helped a lot. The way features were listed made sense at first, and the overall presentation of plans was straightforward. However, some of the labels on pricing options seemed a bit ambiguous, causing me to double-check with support before proceeding. During the sign-up, the procedure was detailed and logical, and I liked the guided steps for entering payment info. The invoicing examples shown gave me confidence that I understood what would happen later. Still, a few terms in the training material were a tad technical and could use simpler wording for new users. On the bright side, the database and dialer tools explained well in videos after sign-up, which balanced out earlier confusion. Overall, the sales wording was mostly helpful but not flawless, and I felt reassured enough to move ahead with the software solutions despite small hurdles.
