Clear instructions mixed with vague moments

The training and onboarding began with a warm feeling; the introduction to the software was thoughtful enough and explained in a straightforward manner. I appreciated the clear instructions on the main features like the database and dialer, which helped me set up my remote workflow basics. However, as I proceeded to more advanced parts of the training, I found that some explanations were murky and lacked concise details. This left me to figure out certain functionalities more by trial and error than by guided practice. The pace of delivering information was balanced, but sometimes it just felt like too much without enough grounding examples. I will say that the telephonic support was polite and made efforts to clarify my doubts, which was very reassuring. Yet, the lack of consistent clarity in training materials made the onboarding less confident than I had hoped for. Sign-up and payment procedures were straightforward and did not add to the confusion. So, it was a case of good intentions and helpful staff on one side, but the actual training content could have been clearer and better organized in parts. This meant the overall experience was a mix of helpfulness and some frustration.
