Clear instructions missing, training confused me
I expected the onboarding training to be straightforward and clearly labeled, similar to other platforms I've tried. However, the wording used in the software and training modules was often unclear and inconsistent. The labels didn't always match the instructions, which made following along quite frustrating. Compared to other services, I found WFHI's approach less intuitive, causing delays as I had to guess or seek additional help. The training didn't meet my expectations for clarity. While I appreciated some features being covered, the overall experience left much to be desired because the language and flow just didn't make sense for me.
